Shipping

We have a minimum order of 3 jars.

Due to the rural location of our business, postage charges are higher than in metropolitan areas (the joys of country living!), so we want you to make the most of the postage charge and stock up!

For orders of 3-8 jars, postage is $20.

For orders of 9-14 jars, postage increases to $25.

If you’d like to order 15 jars or more, please contact me via email and we can have a chat about what you’d like and best postage scenarios etc.

We deliver products within Australia only.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post and customers will receive a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order.

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Depending on your location, postage can take anywhere from 2-10 business days and once shipped our reliance is on the service provider.

Payment Options

Secure payments are available using PayPal and credit card.

PayPal is a safe and secure way to pay, you can even utilise PayPal without an account by checking out as a 'guest' via the PayPal portal.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

The Dill Tickle products are GST free.

Refund Policy

All of our products are handmade in small batches. We pride ourselves on quality and consistency. We only replace or refund items if they are damaged. No refunds are given if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

If there is an issue with your order, please email The Dill Tickle within 48hours of receiving the order. Emails can be sent to hello@thedilltickle.com

Our products are packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 48hours of receiving the order. We will provide a refund or replacement of the goods if they do not arrive in acceptable condition.

Please send us a photo of the order and write in the description what the issue with the received order is. We will assess and advise of the course of action as soon as possible.

If you receive a package/box which is visually damaged or opened, please insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.

Please do not throw the order out without photographing it first.

The Dill Tickle does not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent out. If your parcel is missing, we will work with Australia Post to try and resolve and locate the parcel. Please check that your address is correct when ordering, as we cannot accept responsibility or refund you if an item has been returned to us due to this issue. We will contact you and ask for the correct address to arrange re-delivery if the parcel is returned. It will be resent at standard shipping costs.

Please note, if a product due for replacement has since gone out of stock, we will offer a refund to the price of the item or send you an equivalent item
