The Dill Tickle pickles and jams are made in my kitchen, on our farm, near Mendooran, in Central West NSW.

I make small batches, using seasonal produce, sourced locally. When things are out of season, I’m not using them in my cooking. All our products are free from preservatives and additives.

The Dill Tickle is a contemporary & fresh take on the flavours you love.
